Ordering and returns and refunds

 

Each purchase of jewellery is delivered to you, gift wrapped in acid free tissue paper and inside a handy anti-tarnish velveteen pouch, then inside my bespoke black ‘pillow’ gift box with signature wax seal and a business card inside. Ready for you to unwrap or ready to give. If you are ordering a number of items and would like them wrapped together rather than separately then please let me know with a little message at the checkout.

The anti tarnish pouch is a great way to store your jewellery when not in use to keep it clean, tarnish free and shiny!

 

Leather bags and purses are delivered to you wrapped in dark green, recyclable paper with my bespoke stickers and a business card and bags packaged in a sturdy box for postage

 

Journals will be presented in an individual presentation box with my signature green wrapping, fern leaf and wax seal detail and a business card. Just perfect for giving as a gift.

 

Wallets are beautifully presented in a black box with signature wax seal detail, on a bed of shredded black paper and inside a cotton pouch, with my business card.

 

 

I use Sumup to process all my payments, whether that be by card machine or through my website. It is safe and secure and payments can be made through all major debit and credit cards.

 

 

I aim to post all my parcels with 2 working days of your purchase being completed. Once your parcel has been dispatched I will send you an email confirmation and tracking details.

 

Orders in the UK will be sent Royal mail special delivery, tracked and insured.

 

If you are local and would prefer to collect your purchases from Ribchester then please select ‘collection in person’ at the checkout rather than pay delivery.

I can deliver the gift directly to the receiver and can include a handwritten message for them. Please let me know your message in the comments box as you go through the checkout or message me afterwards with the details.

 

 

I will use Royal mail International tracked and signed or equivalent. This should take 3-5 days to arrive in Europe or 5-7 days worldwide. This is a fully tracked and insured service. I will provide tracking details in an email confirmation of posting your item.

 

 

Parcels delivered within the UK will have a postage cost of £4.00

For all parcels delivered outside the UK postage is £9.50 with all duties and taxes on arrival being the responsibility of the customer.

I really hope that you are thrilled with your purchase but if you do have a problem with your item and would like to return it please contact me within a week receiving your purchase and let me know your concerns. (Link to email)

 

I will do my best to resolve your problem or find and alternative piece that I have in stock or alternatively a gift card to the value of the item, once it has been returned. This gift card can be used within a year of the issue date.

 

If you do need to return your item please ensure that you return it in the original packaging, unused and unworn and in the condition that you received it in, and using the same postal method that it arrived with you. Unless otherwise discussed, the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and a refund will be issued when I have received the item.

I have tried very hard to provide images that represent each item clearly and correctly but as each item is handmade there will be slight differences in surface texture and that is to be expected with anything handmade.

If your item becomes damaged and in need of repair I am happy to make a repair where possible.

Please email me with details of the problem and I will quote you a price for my time and the return postage.

If you lose an earring/stud, it may be possible for me to match a replacement to match the remaining earring. The charge would be half the current cost of a pair then £4.00 postage. Sometimes this may not be possible as the piece was a one off.

 

 

These are available to purchase and are available in varying increments from £20-£150. You can purchase as many as you like, please ask if you would like an amount other than that shown. (Link to gift cards section)

Gift cards are valid from one year from the issue date. The card will be dated for your convenience.

Gift cards can either be sent in a gift box to your or the recipients address or can be sent via email to either you or the recipient. I will post a gift card within 2 working days and there will be a small 1st class royal mail postal charge of £1.50. I will send a confirmation of posting once it has been dispatched.

 

If you would like a handwritten message included with your posted gift card then please let me know when ordering and I would be delighted to include one for you with your message.

 

 

Gift cards can be used to purchase in part or full, anything from my website or a physical pop up shop or anything that you see advertised on my social media pages. If you would like to use the card to purchase an item of a higher value the remaining value must be paid by an alternative method. If the item is less than the gift card value a new card will be issued to the recipient with a new value. The date will remain the same as in the original gift card.

 

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or to buy more gift cards.

 

 

Just find the items that you would like on the website, add to basket then go to checkout. Then simply add the one-use code on the gift card to the discount box. If you prefer you can email me the item that you would like and the code on the gift card and I will sort the payment for you.
